In the event a repair is necessary, please read our policies below:

Claims for products purchased from an Authorized Dealer or through MyTStrong.com. are covered. The guarantee includes material defects only and we do regret it does not cover damage caused by chewing, cutting, disassembly, alterations or modifications. Although not covered by warranty we will be happy to repair items with these damages. There will be a nominal fee and require a photo of the damages emailed to us before you return the item to give a precise quote of cost to you. All shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. This warranty is in effect for 5 years beginning on the date of purchase.

If a defect was found within the first 30 days upon receipt of order, email us with the info below. Upon our acceptance of the warranty repair, we will email you information for the return. We will repair and return the item free of charge.

For any damages but the exceptions listed above and after the first thirty days of receiving your order we will repair your item at no cost besides return shipping.. All shipping charges are buyer’s responsibility after the first initial 30 days. Your item will be complimentary to repair for up to 5 years. All items will be repaired/replaced in the same size/color as the originals .
